He left Syria as a refugee six years ago. Now he owns a successful London restaurant

In Damascus, Syria Imad Alarnab ran a range of popular restaurants, juice bars and cafes. Forced to leave Syria during the Civil War, Alarnab started over in London where he's since opened Imad's Syrian Kitchen.
